matchmycolor required an overhaul of their established desktop application into a new cloud based app. By doing so we were able to also introduce a series of animated elements around the interface thus encouraging the user to engage with the content by understanding its context a little better. We believe this enabled us to simplify the complexity with the key being to provide a rich and deep experience without over powering the user and allowing them to explore the depths at their own pace.
Much of the legacy system and structure remained with a fresh html5 front-end being deployed.
